On the welding station, the experienced welders wore protective masks and held welding torches, and between the flashes of arc light, they firmly welded one by one the parts together. Their skills are skillful and stable, and the welding seam is even and smooth, as if they are carrying out a meticulous metal sculpture creation. Afterwards, the interior was installed. With large-scale procurement, standardized processes and mature production lines, it can control the production cost of food trucks at a low level and produce high-quality food trucks in bulk. Complementary to this, ODM carries a keen sense of the market and a professional design team, which is good at tapping into the demand of catering segments to create a unique food truck program. For example, in response to the rise of camping fever, the ODM team designed a camping-themed food truck, which integrates portable coffee equipment and outdoor barbecue grill inside the vehicle, solar charging panels on the body, folding tables and chairs storage area, and the appearance of the forest camouflage paint, which accurately fits the aesthetics of the camping crowd and the use of scenarios. However, ODM companies are sometimes constrained by their own production capacity, and when novel designs are realized as finished products, problems such as schedule delays and unstable quality are likely to occur if they are not supported by an efficient manufacturing process.
